SHOP MAD LIONS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: 

Customer may return any item within 15 days of receipt of order, except customised products. An exchange or a full refund of the price paid for the item may be requested. 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT: 

To return an order, the customer must prepare the package in the same condition as received, with the products unused and labelled. Once the products are ready, the delivery note must be added to identify the order.

If you do not have the delivery note, it is recommended to put inside it a piece of paper with the order number, full name, address and reason for the return or exchange (so MAD Lions and Kappa can improve and grow in a positive way). It is also recommended to notify the website that the return is going to be made so that the whole system is notified and in advance of the return.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer who must send the article to the following address:

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE: 

Exchanges are not made directly. It is necessary to return the product you want to return and then make a new purchase of the new desired article. 

We do not make exchanges directly from one for another, it must be done through this system: return-new purchase. 

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS: 

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
