HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?
Item(s) can be returned within 14 days (working days) after receiving your order. Please make sure that the item(s) is in its original packaging with tags attached.
In a package, please place the product(s) in the bag with the delivery slip completed and sen dit to the following address :

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Note that personalized products will take longer to process and returns are not allowed on them. In the same way, no changes are made to articles, these changes must be the subject of a new purchase.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
Shipments will be made both within the territory of Spain and outside of Spain through a courier company (Rapid Express). Shipment costs are free from € 50.
Once the payment is done, the order will be delivered to the destination within a period of 5 working days for peninsular destinations (except times of high demand such as Christmas or summer) and 14 calendar days for the rest of destinations.
If the order is placed before 1:00 p.m., will be processed the same day.
If the order is placed after 1:00 p.m., will be processed the next day.
Customized products will take longer to process.

Credit card payment is accepted through the Paypal platform.
If you are buying from outside of Spain, we advise you to pay with the Paypal platform. That is an easy and secure way to send and receive payments, and to transfer money online to friends or family.
