HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may return any item within 15 days of receipt of the item in the original condition for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Personalised products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (see returns policy here).
To identify your order on receipt at our warehouse, please add the delivery note or a note with your order number, first name, surname, address and telephone number to your parcel.

Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Please note that personalised products will take longer to process and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. In the same way we do not exchange items, these changes will be subject to a new purchase.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
Deliveries will be made both within Spain and outside Spain through a courier company (Rapid Express). They are free of charge from 50€.
The order placed by the user will be delivered to its destination within 5 working days for peninsular destinations (except for high demand periods such as Christmas or summer with the launch of new products) and 14 calendar days for other destinations from the payment of the purchase.
If the order is placed before 13:00, it is treated in shop the same day.
If the order is placed after 13:00, it will be processed in the shop the following day.

ARE THE COMPETITION JERSEYS THE OFFICIAL ONES?
Yes, we are the official MAD Lions shop. The competition shirts and kits sold in MAD Lions shop are the original ones. You will find the same jerseys with which your idols of the Professional Video Game League ESPORTS club, MAD Lions, compete.
In addition to the official jerseys you will also find the official game jacket and trousers.
